I charge a 20% cancellation fee within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment. I charge 50% cancellation fee if canceled the same day of an appointment. I charge 100% cancellation fee if you’re a no show. I allow a 15 minute grace period, if you’re past that we will have to reschedule and we will have to charge a 20% fee. I have the right to refuse anyone & any service.
